	School - based management model of Wat Ampawa school
บทคัดย่อ
	The purpose of this study was to developed a schoo! - based an approprite school - based of its application at Wat Ampawa school, Bangkoknoi district, Bangkok metropolis. questionnaires was used as a tool for this study, particularly a rating scale (1 to 5). Specific random sample technique was use to select the experts. There were three groups of population ; seventeen teachers of Wat Ampawa school, thirteen school committee members, and thirty - six parents. Percentile, mean and standard deviation were used for data statistical analysis.
The research findings were concluded as follows :
About Wat Ampawa school - based management model. The experts agreed on school committee. About job responsibility and authority factor academic affair. Personnel management and general administration. 83.33 to 100 percentages of the population agreed upon. When studying the  application possibility of Wat Ampawa school - based management model, in the areas of school committee, academic affair, budgeting, personnel management and general administration, the mean range was from 3.79 to 4.76, which indicated higher to highest possibilities. Therefore this study helped to indicate that the Wat Ampawa school - based management model has been appropriate and applicable according to school - based management principles.
