	A Comparative Study of Expectations of Students and Actual Performance of Counselors of Rajabhat Institute Bansomdejchaopraya as Perceived by the Students
บทคัดย่อ
	The purposes of this research were to study expectations and actual performances of counselors and to compare their expectations and the actual performances as perceived by Rajabaht Institute  Bansomdejchaopraya’s students. There aspects of counseling were investigated :  academics, welfare and student development and general student services. The population and in the research consisted of fourth year students in education, social sciences and liberal arts. Then stratified random was made comprising 310 forth year students. Questionnaires were the research 100% to collect data, which, in turn, were analyzed, by mean, standard deviation and t-test through  m e a n s  o f  S P S S / P C + .

F i n d i n g s w e r e a s f o l l o w s :
 1. Perceptions of the three groups of student towards the expectations and actually
performances were found to be statistically different at the 0.01 level of significance.
 2. In actual performance, the education student group rated ‘helping with study plan’,
advising further study and ‘assisting with l e a r n i n g s o u r c e s ’ a t l o w l e v e l .
3. The science student group rated ‘advising social contact’ and ‘campus information’ at l o w l e v e l .
 4. The liberal arts student group rated ‘helping with study plan’, ‘advising further study’assisting with learning sources’ at low level.
