บทคัดย่อ
	The purposes of the research study were to study the status and needs on academic internal supervision of industrial teachers in the three technical colleges of  industrial trade of vocational central part 6 in five areas : curriculum, learning and teaching, teaching aids, personnal development, and measurement and evaluation.  The population in this study consisted of all 189 industrial teachers in three technical colleges which is the amount of 3 colleges total 189 persons. Questionnaire was the tool to collect data which analysized by percentage, mean, standard deviation and frequency.
 Findings of the study revealed the following :
1. Levels of academic internal supervision on five areas were the moderate level : measurement and evaluation, curriculum, learning and teaching, personnal development,teaching aids.
2. Needs for academic internal supervision in technical college of industrial trade of vocational central part 6 of all dependent variables and each dependent were found to be at high level : curriculum, personal development, learning and teaching, teaching aids, measurement and evaluation.
