บทคัดย่อ
	The purpose of this research was to study needs and guidelines of parents' Participation in the administration of Rajabhat Institute Bansomdejchapraya Demonstration School . The population of the study were 300 students’ parents. The research instrument was a set of questionnaires containing three sections: Section one, dealt with the respondents’ status; section two, dealt with the needs of parents' participation in the administration of Rajabhat Institute Bansomdejchapraya Demonstration School, and Section three, dealt with the guideline for participation in the administration. The statistical devices employed in the study were percentage, mean and standard deviation , which were applied to analyze the data obtained. Results of the research were as follows ; The needs of parents' participation in the school administration were at middle level in five areas ; student activity affairs, academic affairs , environmental and building affairs, relations between community and school affairs and personnel affairs respectively. Guidelines for parents' participation were : participation in academic affairs by a representative of parents ; participation in personnel affairs by a committee of parents ; participation in school community activities ; information of environment and building affairs and involvement and participation in student activity affairs
