            "@value": "การวิจัยนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงทดลองที่ครอบคลุมหลายด้านได้แก่ ด้านเคมี ด้านชีวภาพและด้านผลิตภัณฑ์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) หาปริมาณสารประกอบฟีนอลิกรวมและฟลาโวนอยด์รวม  2) พัฒนาระบบทีแอลซีเพื่อการตรวจสอบด้านคุณภาพและปริมาณด้วยเครื่องรงคเลขผิวบางสมรรถนะสูง (HPTLC) 3) พัฒนาวิธีแยกมิทราไจนีนจากสารสกัดกระท่อม 4) ศึกษาฤทธิ์การต้านอนุมูลอิสระ 5) ศึกษาฤทธิ์การต้านอักเสบโดยวัดการยับยั้งการผลิตสารสื่อการอักเสบของสารสกัดกระท่อม 6) พัฒนาตำรับผลิตภัณฑ์อิมัลเจลที่มีสารสกัดกระท่อม 7) ทดสอบความคงตัวทางกายภาพของอิมัลเจลกระท่อม\nผลการวิจัยพบว่า สารสกัดกระท่อมที่สกัดด้วยเอทานอล 95 เปอร์เซ็นต์ มีปริมาณสารประกอบฟีนอลิกรวมเท่ากับ 285.50 ± 1.67 มิลลิกรัมกรดแกลลิกสมมูลต่อกรัมสารสกัด และปริมาณสารประกอบฟลาโวนอยด์รวมเท่ากับ 358.97 ± 0.98 มิลลิกรัม เควอซิทินสมมูลต่อกรัม    สารสกัดสูงกว่ารายงานวิจัยก่อนหน้า ระบบทีแอลซีใหม่ที่ปรับความเป็นด่างของคลอโรฟอร์มในเฟสเคลื่อนที่ด้วย 0.2 นอร์มอลโซเดียมไฮดร็อกไซด์ แล้วนำมาผสมกับเมทานอลในอัตราส่วน 99 : 5 มีความเหมาะสมในการวิเคราะห์มิทราไจนีนทั้งด้านคุณภาพและปริมาณ ได้วิธีการแยก สารมิทราไจนีนด้วยการผ่านคอลัมน์เพียงครั้งเดียว โดยการใช้ตัวอย่างที่จะนำมาแยกเป็นสารสกัดด้วยเอทานอล 40 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ปรับสมรรถนะของเฟสคงที่ และใช้ระบบเฟสเคลื่อนที่ใหม่ประกอบด้วยคลอโรฟอร์ม 95 มิลลิลิตร ต่อ 5 มิลลิลิตรของเมทานอลที่มี  0.1 นอร์มอลโซเดียมไฮดร็อกไซด์ และเก็บมิทราไจนีนที่แยกได้ในรูปเกลือพิกเครตนำไปยืนยันโครงสร้างด้วย NMR, IR และ MS สำหรับฤทธิ์ต้านอนุมูลอิสระของสารสกัดกระท่อมด้วยวิธี DPPH assay มีค่า IC50 เท่ากับ 7.39 ± 0.49 ไมโครกรัมต่อไมโครลิตร ด้วยวิธี ABTS.+ assay มีค่า IC50 เท่ากับ 17.762 ± 0.33 มิลลิกรัมสมมูลของกรดแอสคอร์บิกต่อกรัมสารสกัด และด้วยวิธี FRAP assay มีค่าเท่ากับ 5211.44 ± 9.366  มิลลิโมลาร์สมมูลของเฟอร์รัสซัลเฟตต่อกรัมสารสกัด สอดคล้องกับปริมาณฟีนอลิกรวมและฟลาโวนอยด์รวม การทดสอบฤทธิ์ต้านการอักเสบของเซลล์มาโครฟาจ Raw 264.7 ที่กระตุ้นให้เกิดการอักเสบด้วยไลโพพอลิแซกคาไรด์ (LPS) พบว่าสารมาตรฐานมิทราไจนีนในความเข้มข้น 80 ไมโครกรัมต่อมิลลิลิตร สามารถลดการผลิตไนตริกออกไซด์ได้ 76.02 เปอร์เซ็นต์  อินเตอร์ลิวคิน 6 ได้ 28.70 เปอร์เซ็นต์ และพรอสตาแกลนดินอี 2 ได้ 6.62 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ในขณะที่  สารสกัดใบกระท่อมในความเข้มข้น 200 ไมโครกรัมต่อมิลลิลิตร สามารถลดการผลิตไนตริกออกไซด์ได้ 79.16 เปอร์เซ็นต์ และ IL-6 ได้ 35.64 เปอร์เซ็นต์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญเมื่อเทียบการผลิตสารสื่อ    การอักเสบในเซลล์มาโครฟาจที่ได้รับสาร LPS เพียงอย่างเดียวโดยสารสกัดกระท่อมที่สกัดด้วยเอทานอล 95 เปอร์เซ็นต์ มีฤทธิ์แรงกว่าสารสกัดด้วยเอทานอล 40 เปอร์เซ็นต์ จึงได้นำสารสกัดกระท่อมที่สกัดด้วยเอทานอล 95 เปอร์เซ็นต์ ไปพัฒนาเป็นอิมัลเจล โดยได้อัตราส่วนที่เหมาะสมระหว่างสามองค์ประกอบในการเกิดไมโครอิมัลชั่นคือ วัฏภาคน้ำมันต่อ ส่วนผสมสารลดแรงตึงผิว และน้ำ เท่ากับ 6:2:2 ใส่สารสกัดกระท่อมร้อยละ 1 และสารก่อเจลร้อยละ 7.41 ได้ต้นแบบอิมัลเจล   ที่มีความเสถียรมีอายุการเก็บรักษาได้สองปี\n\nคำสำคัญ:\tกระท่อม  ต้านอนุมูลอิสระ  ต้านการอักเสบ  รงคเลขผิวบางสมรรถนะสูง อิมัลเจล"
