People's Republic of China 2) To assess the policy and strategic leadership management model of private universities in Guangxi Province, People's Republic of China 3) To study the policy and strategic leadership management approaches of private universities in Guangxi Province, People's Republic of China were included 9 following aspects: 1) Communication 2) The structure of the bureaucracy 3) Resources 4) Support 5) High level for thinking and understanding 6) The ability to bring various inputs to determine strategies. 7) The aspect of having hope and creating opportunities for the future. 8) revolutionary way of thinking 9) determining vision. The population of the study were 24 private universities in Guangxi province, people’s republic of China. The sample group were administrator and teachers in Guangxi province, people’s republic of China. They were selected by purposive sampling method 20 people from each university, totaling 440 people. The interview group was the president or vice president of the university. 1 person per university, totaling 24 people. The group of appraisers for the suitability of the implementation consisted of experts from the university. and those who have main roles in policy and strategic management, totaling 20 people. The data were collected by using 5-point rating scale questionnaire and were statistically analyzed in percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The finding of the study on the study the policy and strategic leadership management approaches of private universities in Guangxi Province, People's Republic of China was at high level. Considering the results of the study aspects ranged from the highest to the lowest level were as follows: the highest level was Support, followed by Communication, and the structure of the bureaucracy was the lowest level. The Strategic Leadership Management was at high level. Considering the results of the study aspects ranged from the highest to the lowest level were as follows: the highest level was determine vision, followed by High level for thinking and understanding and the ability to bring various inputs to determine strategies was the lowest level. The result of assess the policy and strategic leadership management model was high level. Considering the results of the study aspects ranged from the highest to the lowest level were as follows: the highest level was the executives have strategies to motivate and motivate personnel to perform their duties, followed by The administrator can manage effectively and Administrators can determine information from the work of educational institutes in the past year to make plans for the next year and administrators have chosen to use correct and appropriate information for communication was the lowest level. Leadership management approaches in terms of policies and strategies have the following results: Executives have strategies to stimulate and create incentives for personnel in order to have good morale and morale in working for maximum efficiency Executives can manage. There is a clear operational plan to lead the organization to achieve its goals. Executives can transfer knowledge and information appropriately. in operating procedures for transferring knowledge or receiving information is extremely important because it will help the organization move in the right direction.
