บทคัดย่อ
	The objective of this study was about job satisfaction of the personal under The Office Of Samutprakan Educationai Service Area Zone 2 in ten which were : achievement,
recognition, work itseif, responsibiity, advancement, salary, policy and administration, interpersonal relations, working conditions and supervision. The populations of this study were 46 personal under The Office Of Samutprakan Educational Service Area Zone 2. The research instrument was a question with a five-level Likert Scale revealing the reliability  value of .92 for the whole a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyzed the data was percentage (%), arithmetic mean and standard deviation.
The results of the study were as follows : The job satisfaction of the personal under The Office Of Samutprakan Educationat Service Area Zone 2 was at a high levei.
According to the ranking, highest level of job satistaction was the area of achievement and the last level of ranking was the area of policy and administration.
